A path through Buchenwald on the 78th anniversary of the liberation.

Start: 16 April 2023, at 1:30 p.m., meeting point: Visitor Information Centre.

Many different people and initiatives are involved in remembering and dealing with the history of Buchenwald Concentration Camp. Together with this network, the memorial organises the "History. Aware. Make. A path through Buchenwald". On it, various historical sites are visited and their significance explained through recitations, statements and an outdoor exhibition.

This year, our focus is on the persecution of the Sinti and Roma under National Socialism. But other topics and perspectives will also be presented:
